The Babson-Illuminate Leadership Bootcamp is a customizable program consisting of a series of either three or seven 90-minute weekly interactive sessions designed to enhance an organization’s business acumen, professional growth, and inclusive and entrepreneurial leadership skills. Sessions are led by senior Babson faculty utilizing “Entrepreneurial Thought & Action®”—Babson’s trademarked solutions-focused teaching methodology—and can be customized to meet your organization's needs. Through a combination of interactive case studies, class discussions, and team projects, participants will learn new ways of thinking to solve difficult problems, assess and mitigate risk, and lead with empathy and inclusivity.
